SureBright Protection Plan Policy

We offer optional product protection plans powered by SureBright to give you extended coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

SureBright protection plans are administered by SureBright and underwritten by licensed insurance providers.

📋 What the Protection Plan Covers

Coverage may include (depending on plan selected):

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Electrical failures

  • Motor defects

  • Battery defects

  • Powertrain issues

  • Accidental damage (if included in selected plan)

Coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, unless otherwise stated in the selected plan.

Full coverage details are provided at checkout and in your protection plan agreement.

❌ What Is Not Covered

SureBright protection plans typically do NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts (tires, tubes, chains, brake pads)

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Racing or commercial use

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Intentional damage

Please refer to your specific plan contract for exact exclusions.

🧾 Filing a Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Visit the SureBright claims portal (link provided in your confirmation email), OR

  2. Contact SureBright customer support directly using the details provided in your policy documentation.

You may need:

  • Order number

  • Protection plan ID

  • Description of issue

  • Photos or video evidence

Claims are reviewed and approved by SureBright, not by Renovo Motors.

💳 Refunds & Cancellations

Protection plans may be canceled according to SureBright’s cancellation terms.

  • If canceled within the allowed period, you may receive a prorated refund.

  • After a claim has been paid, cancellation may not be permitted.

Refunds are issued by SureBright per the terms of your agreement.
