At Renovo Motors, we stand behind the quality of our products. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type.

🔧 Manufacturer Warranty

Most products come with a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which typically covers:

  • Frame defects

  • Motor defects

  • Battery manufacturing defects

  • Electrical component failures

  • Factory workmanship issues

Warranty duration varies by brand (commonly 30 days to 1 year). Please refer to the specific product page for exact warranty details.

⚠️ What Is Not Covered

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tires, tubes, chains, brake pads

  • Damage from accidents or misuse

  • Improper assembly

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Water damage

  • Racing or commercial use

  • Cosmetic damage

🔋 Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered against manufacturer defects only.
Battery performance naturally decreases over time and is not considered a defect.

Improper charging, over-discharging, or water damage will void battery warranty.

🛠 Warranty Claims Process

To submit a claim:

  1. Email us at info@renovomotors.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of issue

    • Clear photos or videos

  3. Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer.

Do not ship any product back without written authorization.

📦 Replacement Parts

If approved:

  • Replacement parts may be shipped at no cost (depending on manufacturer decision).

  • Labor costs are not covered unless stated by manufacturer.

  • Customer may be responsible for installation.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

🔒 Abuse & Fraud Protection

Warranty claims may require verification.
False claims or misuse may void coverage.
