Warranty Policy

MotoTec provides a 30-day parts replacement warranty on all new purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty parts under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, modification, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unassembled condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Standard shipping is available to the continental United States. Shipping times vary by location. Large items ship via freight carrier and may require signature upon delivery. Customer is responsible for inspecting the item for shipping damage before signing for delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately.

This product is recommended for riders aged 13 and older with a maximum weight of 150 lbs. Adult supervision is required at all times during operation.
